We liaise with governments, private businesses and non-governmental institutions to deliver Mediation; Arbitration; Coaching and Consulting services based on their own unique needs.
All Registered PRI Members will receive rigorous virtual training, mentoring, coaching and supervision. Benefits of Membership will also include access to educational and networking opportunities across the world.
We seek to raise awareness of the importance of collaboration and consensus building in an ever changing and complex global landscape.
All Members of PRI will have access to “PRI CONNECT,” a customized central electronic database of educational resources (including webinars) and scholarly research articles from the ADR field. Our Roster of Mediators and Arbitrators will also be featured on PRI CONNECT. Details on accreditation, specialty, years of experience, languages spoken (including ASL), availability and time zone will be listed so that we can efficiently match you with the appropriate ADR professional.

Vinita Puri is a highly experienced Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW). She is also an Elected Council Member with the OCSWSSW. Vinita possesses a Specialized Honours B.A. in Sociology from York University; a Master’s in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master’s in Criminological Research (Specializing in Neuroscience and Antiviolence Research) from the University of Cambridge (U.K.). At the present time, Vinita is a PhD in Psychology (Candidate), Specializing in Education, Training and Coaching from Walden University (Washington, USA).
For the past 20 years, Vinita has worked with a range of populations across many workplace settings. She has successfully facilitated, trained and coached individuals and groups in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); Crisis Intervention Stress Management (CISM); Mental Health First Aid (MHFA); Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST); Workplace Health (including Medical/Stress Leave) and EAP Counselling Services.
Vinita is passionate about utilizing strengths-based, anti-oppressive and solution-focused approaches to resolve conflict in the workplace. She has the unique ability to engage individuals and groups in meaningful dialogue, focusing on mutual interest and evaluative outcomes. In Vinita’s private practice,
she provides individual and group counselling in the areas of stress, anger and anxiety management. She also works with clients who have depression and drug/alcohol issues.
Vinita is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi. She is committed to principles of Ayurveda and practices healthy eating, yoga and meditation and is passionate about personal development and wellness.
