Our Engagement with Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence (EI), emotional leadership (EL), emotional quotient (EQ) and emotional intelligence quotient (EIQ), is the capability of individuals to recognize their own emotions and those of others, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately, use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or achieve one’s goal(s).[1][ Emotional Intelligence became popular first in 1995 when Daniel Golman , a Harvard University fellow wrote the book ‘ Emotional Intelligence ‘. In our all modalities of psychotherapy work, we will integrate various useful and evidence- based tools to help our clients to improve their art of living, besides our training modules, workshops , seminars and mentoring programs to impart relevant perspectives from Daniel Golman, from our convictions and working with stories and experiences that many brought to us over the years.
